"Great are the Words of Isaiah” is a cantata for chorus and orchestra, featuring The Royal Gorge Philharmonic, the U.S. Air Force Academy Cadet Choir and the Royal Gorge Philharmonic Chorus.
The cantata will be presented at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27 in St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Colorado Springs and again at 7 p.m. Sunday, April 28 in the Steeple Events Center in Cañon City.
Music was composed and will be conducted by Gerald Willis.
Because of generous donations from local business, individual donors and a grant from the Music Performance Trust Fund in New York City, this concert will be free to the public.
