The Colorado Department of Transportation will close one direction of Powers Boulevard (Colorado 21/U.S. 24) overnight for four consecutive nights (Feb. 20 - Feb. 23) north of Airport Road. These safety closures are required while bridge girders are placed over Powers Boulevard. This work is part of the Colo. 21 Powers Boulevard and Airport Road Interchange Project.
This is the first of several rounds of night closures that will be needed to install girders on the second bridge, set deck panels and pour the concrete bridge deck over the highway.
