At approximately 11:45 a.m., a vehicle was travelling westbound on the 700 block of Main St. The driver attempting to park his vehicle began to choke on an unknown object. The driver attempted to engage the vehicle's brake, but mistakenly engaged the vehicle's gas pedal, causing the vehicle to collide with the entrance of a local business.
One employee from the business was transported to St. Thomas More Hospital and treated for minor injuries, and no other injuries were reported.
