Natural Grocers' Roxanne Schuster will be teaching nutrition classes here on the second Wednesday of each month. All classes are free and she will have product raffles. The next program will be “GOOD 4U VEGETABLES.” Discover why vegetables are so good4u and considered the foundation of health rich vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants and fiber. Everyone is supposed to know to eat the rainbow, but do they know the proper servings they should be eating? Or the best ways to plan ahead so they can spend more time enjoying and feeling good about each bite? They can challenge themselves and learn tips to try out tonight. The presentation will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 12 at 516 Macon Ave. Everyone is welcome.
