The lukewarm, liberal churches may be popular with the world, but they are an abomination to God, a disgrace to America, and they are in violation of the Bible with their ungodly practices. They have put homosexuals in the pulpits, okayed same sex marriages, condoned abortion, watered down the gospel, ignored sinful practices and created a feel good religion so as to be politically correct. They have tried to create salvation without repentance and ignored the true gospel of the word of God, leading the lost astray. There is a price to pay for this and it is written in the word of God. Revelation 3:14-19. “And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write these things, saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot; I would thou were cold or hot. So then because thy art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth. Because thou saith, I am rich and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou may be rich; and white raiment that thou may be clothed, and that the shame of nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye salve that thou may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten; be zealous therefore and repent.”
One of the most misinterpreted verses in the Bible is Hebrews 13:17 “Obey them that they have the rule over you and submit yourselves; for they watch for your souls as they that must give account that they may do it with joy and not with grief: that that is unprofitable for you.” This whole chapter is talking about Christians and their walk, and refers to Christian leaders and pastors not the ungodly government leaders. This scripture is very clear that we should obey God not man. Acts 5:27-29 “And when they had brought them, they set them before the council; and the high priest asked them, saying did not we straightly command you that ye should not teach in this name? And behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us. Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said we ought to obey God rather than man.”
Our ungodly Satan controlled government leaders are trying to eliminate God from every aspect of our nation. They want to destroy the church, the family, the Constitution and all forms of Godly morality. It is time we as Christians take a stand and fight for what we believe in. We have been silent for too long. We need to preach the gospel in its entirety and not listen to ungodly propaganda that news media puts out.
In Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 God says there is time for everything, and this is a time for war. It is a time for conservative gospel preaching pastors to let people know that sin is sin, and hell is hot, and there are consequences for sin. Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” There is a lost world out there that we need to be reaching with the true gospel of Jesus Christ, not watered down like the liberals are trying to make it.
Things to ponder, “Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to STAND against the wiles of the devil.” You can't win the race when you're SITTING in the grandstands.
