July 4, 2021, is a day to celebrate this beautiful country and to give thanks to God for his blessings and provision. Most people in the world only dream of the opportunities we have enjoyed for about 248 years. Our Founders understood how tyrannical overlords could crush people with unjust laws, burdensome taxes, unfair rules and regulations, unreasonable searches and seizures and interference with religious practices. They labored long and hard and paid a great price as they drew up documents to insure we could live in peace and harmony with our neighbors. They established a government of, by and for the people. Government is meant to work for us, not us for the government. By the grace of God and fierce determination, with certainty of a righteous cause, George Washington and his loyal troops won a seemingly impossible war.

Our founders were determined to preserve those hard won freedoms for future generations. They wisely created a Democracy in a Republic thus giving a voice to all the people and not allowing a majority to dominate the minority. If that majority was taken over and run by a party with evil intent, the less powerful would be at their mercy and could lose individual rights again. “A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins” (Benjamin Franklin). Have you ever seen so much censorship of conservative voices as there is today? As truth is covered up, misinformation and blatant lies are spewed forth relentlessly. They wouldn't find censorship necessary if we weren't telling the truth.

This nation has weathered many challenges and conflicts and we are currently facing a monumental test. Are citizens well informed and prepared to stand against current pressures and deadly forces bent on destroying freedoms and dominating our lives? With radical policies and daily propaganda coming from most media sources, where can the average person find the truth to make informed decisions? It saddens me when I hear good people repeating propaganda which they've heard so many times, they actually believe it and may even think it's their own idea. Conditioning and mind control has pulled many into its deadly orbit. “If we are to guard against ignorance and remain free it is the responsibility of every American to be informed” (Thomas Jefferson).

The family is the building block and engine that drives a society and holds everything together. Attacks on the family, on faith, beliefs and practices are unrelenting. Rebellion against God's laws with practices that were viewed with horror have become commonplace and we are being pressured to accept them as natural and normal. This we cannot do.

We've had a rough four years, learned a lot about ourselves and our fellow travelers. We've been able to identify our real enemies, and now decide how to move forward and face the future with courage. We've seen a hostile takeover of our government, and watched as lawlessness has increased, criminals go free and ordinary citizens referred to as domestic terrorists. Our help is in the name of the Lord, and we shall not be intimidated. Cartels are becoming very rich through human trafficking brought on by reckless open borders policies.

Criminals prosper at our expense while this false government threatens to nuke us if we don't heel. No wonder gun sales are up. Open borders supplies children for abusers and killers. One rancher said he found 14 bodies on his property. Biden/Harris must be held accountable for crimes against humanity. The Cartels refer to migrants as “contraband units” not as human beings. If any of them try to come here without a cartel's number, they are beaten, raped or killed to let others know the Cartels control everything. Biden's Regime enables these atrocities.

“But there is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, and nothing hidden that will not be made known. For what you have said in darkness will be said in the light; and what you have whispered in the inner chambers will be preached on the housetops ...do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that have nothing more that they can do...be afraid of him who, after he has killed, has power to cast into hell” (Luke 12:2-5). Victory belongs to the Lord. Keep praying and trusting him.
