In my last article, July 2, we announced the God and Country Music Festival on Aug. 7 in Centennial Park. See poster for all information in this edition of the Crusader.
I am pleased to announce a large city and countrywide YOUTH RALLY will also be held at Centennial Park on Sunday, Aug. 8. All church youth groups are invited along with any churches to support our young people.
Guest speaker, Pastor, Evangelist Dave Player from Oklahoma will be with us. The young people will be a large part of this RALLY, with music, testimonies, praying for people and water baptism in the Arkansas River. We also want to honor our pastors and church leaders.
Music provided by Tray Taylor, Applewood Band, Barry Ward, SonShine, WashTub Band and Debi Moore.
We, as a church, have been praying “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” Now it has begun in our nation. I believe revival has begun in our community. God is answering our prayers. Throughout history, God moved mightily through our youth.
I witnessed this in the JESUS Movement in the 70s and 80s. The youth will be a mighty force guided by the Holy Spirit. The young people need our support so come join us Aug. 8 in Centennial Park.
