Royal Gorge Regional Museum staff asks the community if their family heritage hail from that sunny peninsula in the Mediterranean known as Italy?
Staff is looking for local family stories and customs with Italian heritage, traditions and experiences living in Fremont County. Staff is gathering information for a new exhibit on Italian Heritage in the Royal Gorge Region. Those who have any photos, immigration documents and other memorabilia pertaining to their Italian roots are more than welcome to share them with staff.
Join the staff for some free coffee and donuts at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20 and share their proud Italian background with staff.
